LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

University Park Care Center in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The LPN will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident conditions, and support recovery and long-term care goals. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, physicians, and CNAs to implement individualized care plans, educate residents and families, and promote safety, dignity, and comfort. This role offers hands-on clinical experience, ongoing learning, and the opportunity to positively impact quality of life.
