Chesapeake Climate Control has an immediate opening for a talented HVAC Foreman. The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems new residential homes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC with residential housing for new construction REQUIRED
• Management experience REQUIRED
• Extensive knowledge of IECC energy codes and practices
• Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
• Must have hand tools and reliable transportation, clean background, and driver's license
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently

The right individual will be an experienced foreman with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They should excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure. Must be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions.
