This is a role wherein Candidate will be working on Real Estate Large Projects and helping the clients in commercial leasing and second homes selling.

Prior experience of 5+ years in Commercial Leasing is must. - Prior connects with Retail brands and Corporate office is must. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline; An advanced degree or professional certification in Real estate is an advantage. Experience with Developer would be preferred instead of with a broker. Own vehicle is must Good Communication Skills is must

This role requires candidate to

Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective tenants from consumer brand companies across categories — F& B, fashion, lifestyle, electronics, health & wellness, entertainment — both domestic and international. Articulate the value proposition, make presentations and build lasting commercial relationships. Lease Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations — LOIs, Heads of Terms, and final lease agreements — balancing brand desirability with revenue optimisation Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations for seamless deal execution.
