This role combines consultative recruiting, business development, and relationship management to connect exceptional physicians with leading healthcare organizations.If you're passionate about healthcare recruitment, enjoy building lasting relationships, and are motivated by performance, we'd love to meet you.Position SummaryThe Physician Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians across multiple specialties. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and successfully placing physicians into locum tenens and permanent opportunities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, relationship-focused, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians across multiple specialties.Source, recruit, and engage active and passive physician candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, physician databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess clinical experience, career goals, compensation expectations, licensing status, and geographic preferences.Match physician candidates with appropriate locum tenens and permanent opportunities.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified physician candidates.Build trusted relationships through consistent communication and consultative career guidance.Present employment opportunities while effectively communicating compensation, schedules, benefits, and organizational culture.Negotiate offers and facilitate successful contract execution.Collaborate with credentialing, licensing, onboarding, travel, and operations teams to ensure seamless provider placement.Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs, including outbound calls, candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and revenue goals.Attend industry conferences, networking events, residency programs, and physician recruitment events to expand talent pipelines.Stay informed on physician workforce trends, specialty shortages, compensation benchmarks, and healthcare market dynamics.
