Role Description The Project Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of client projects. The role involves coordinating project planning, defining scope and timelines, and managing resources to ensure milestones are met. The Project Lead will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, facilitate requirements gathering, and translate business needs into actionable tasks. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, identifying risks, resolving issues, preparing status reports, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and agreed budgets. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to best practices in project execution.
