We are the exclusive recruitment partner with one of the largest e-commerce businesses in the US. They are a family-owned company with nearly 50 years of steady growth, and looking for an experienced Microsoft Solutions Engineer to be the Power Platform expert.
Key responsibilities Own the Power Platform end to end. You'd be the go-to person for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio. That likely means governance, environment management and licensing, not just building apps. Find and deliver automation with business teams. This is a consultative role: you'd spot manual processes, scope solutions and make sure they perform reliably at scale. Script and automate M365 administration with PowerShell. The posting names reporting and user setup specifically, which suggests onboarding/offboarding and provisioning automation across M365. Enable others. You'd write documentation, run training and set best practices, which may point toward a citizen-developer or Center of Excellence model. Implied: security and compliance. Entra ID and M365 compliance knowledge is required, so expect involvement in access control, DLP policies and connector governance.
