We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and building relationships with customers across global markets.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer relationships across 3 global geographies

• Handle customer queries through calls, email & chat

• Resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience

• Follow up with customers and drive engagement & retention

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

• Maintain customer information and updates in CRM

What We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales or Account Management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working with international customers

• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
