Business Excellence Manager

About the Role The Business Excellence Manager will lead Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the organization, driving improvements in productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. The role will focus on process optimization, simplification, automation, standardization, and the implementation of best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Lead Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects across the organization Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiency Drive process simplification and automation initiatives Conduct process mapping, work studies, time and motion studies, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S implementation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and other problem-solving initiatives Monitor project progress and ensure timely implementation of improvement actions Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence initiatives Develop, standardize, and continuously improve processes, SOPs, and best practices Train, mentor, and guide employees on Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Industrial Engineering Certification (Mandatory) Kaizen / Lean Manufacturing Certification (Preferred) Required Skills Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Process Mapping and Process Optimization Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and Kaizen Industrial Engineering and Work Study Time & Motion Study and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Data Analysis and MIS Reporting Project Management Process Automation and Simplification Strong Analytical, Communication, and Presentation Skills Cross-functional Stakeholder Management Result-oriented approach with strong execution capabilities
