Cluster head - real estate

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Head – Residential Sales with minimum 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing sales teams, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the residential real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Property Consultants/Sales Managers. Drive residential sales and achieve monthly revenue targets. Guide the team in converting qualified leads into successful closures. Monitor sales performance and ensure high productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm. Experience in team handling and residential property sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Target-driven with a proven sales record.
