About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Violation Processor to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll spend most of your day reviewing and processing images captured by photo enforcement cameras. Accuracy, consistency, and focus are key—this position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, computer-based work and takes pride in high-quality results.
What You’ll DoReview and process hundreds of photo enforcement images dailyCrop and adjust images to ensure images are clear, readable, and unobstructedVerify image accuracy without cutting off important detailsProcess violations using web-based toolsMeet daily production and quality goalsPerform general office and clerical tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail and quality-driven mindsetComfortable with repetitive, computer-based workAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; able to learn new systems quicklyProfessional, dependable, and able to work well with others
