Job Description : Position : Customer Support – International Voice Process Location : Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office) Shift : Night Shift Weekly Off : Rotational Weekdays Eligibility: • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers .) • Customer /Technical Support experience is mandatory. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.
