THE ROLE — a.k.a. your origin story

As a core team member, you'll help shape the entire sales & marketing culture at Skillinabox, across Fashion Designing & Cosmetology. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founders and the Board, own our GTM strategy, build our customer base from scratch, and run campaigns that actually move the needle. A true "Beacon Role" - you set the direction, build the team, and grow as we grow.

The small print that's actually a big deal: this is an entrepreneurial seat on the core team, working directly with founders and the board. It's a role that flat-out refuses to sit still — it'll stretch, morph and level up as fast as you do. We want high energy, real hunger, and someone itching to launch their career into the stratosphere of Edtech & Skill-tech.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO (the not-so-boring bits)

Own sales target projections Run the lead process end-to-end, start to finish Schedule and conduct product demos that convert Pitch, counsel, and close like a pro Train and develop our inbound counsellors Build remote teams across states (yes, your own squad) Open offices and touchpoints in new cities
