Key Accounts Manager – Car Rental Operations | Bengaluru

Job Description: We are hiring a Key Accounts Manager to handle corporate client accounts and ensure seamless execution of car rental operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end operations of assigned corporate accounts • Act as SPOC for client coordination (HR/Admin/Travel Desk) • Ensure smooth execution of daily trips, airport transfers, and guest movements • Coordinate with operations, fleet, and vendors for service delivery • Monitor SLA adherence and service quality • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution • Prepare and analyze MIS reports • Identify business growth and upselling opportunities Key Skills: • Corporate Car Rental Operations • Client Relationship Management • Vendor Management • MIS Reporting • SLA Management Candidate Requirements: • 4–8 years of relevant experience in mobility/car rental industry • Strong communication and client handling skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts under pressure • Immediate joiners preferred Contact Details:
