Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead facility upliftment projects, manage hospital aesthetics, coordinate renovations, and ensure our healthcare environment remains safe, functional, and world-class.
Locations - Multiple locations across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits to identify snags, operational gaps, and aesthetic improvements.
Prepare BOQs, budgets, and project timelines for upkeep/renovation works.
Coordinate with architects, vendors, procurement, and maintenance teams.
Execute civil, interior, and renovation projects within budget and timelines.
Monitor quality, conduct weekly audits, and submit MIS reports.
Support project handover by preparing snag lists and ensuring closure as per the checklist.
Develop material maintenance guidelines and train housekeeping teams on proper care and cleaning procedures.
Manage vendor performance, project documentation, inventories, and maintenance records.

We're Looking For:
- Candidate with Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience with strong knowledge of civil works, interior finishes, MEP services, and renovation projects.
- Experience in fit-out projects mandatory.
- Candidate must have strong interior fit-out experience.
- Candidates with prior experience in hospital projects are highly preferred.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting, vendor management, and project coordination.
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
