Company Description Eleve Therapy Hub – Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary clinic in Hyderabad providing evidence-based early intervention and therapy for infants and children with developmental differences. The team designs individualized therapy pathways that integrate occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and physiotherapy, guided by thorough assessments and measurable goals. Clinicians specialize in supporting neurodivergent children (including ASD, ADHD, and developmental language disorders), as well as sensory processing differences, motor delays, and feeding or communication challenges, while actively coaching families to carry over strategies at home and in school. The center delivers clinic-based sessions, parent training, school collaboration, and small-group programs to strengthen social, communication, and adaptive skills through a strengths-based, play-oriented approach tailored to each child’s developmental level. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Psychologist role based at Eleve Therapy Hub in Hyderabad. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including developmental, cognitive, behavioral, and socio-emotional evaluations, and integrate findings into individualized intervention plans. The role involves delivering evidence-based counseling and therapeutic interventions for children and families, focusing on neurodevelopmental conditions, emotional regulation, behavior, and adjustment challenges. The Clinical Psychologist will collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech-language therapists, physiotherapists, and educators to create coordinated care plans and participate in multidisciplinary review meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical records, communicating results and recommendations to caregivers and school teams, providing parent training and psychoeducation, contributing to small-group programs, and supporting quality improvement and ethical practice within the center.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Telugu
  • Should be from Hyderabad.
  • Strong foundation in Psychology, with advanced knowledge of child and developmental psychology and neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Demonstrated competence in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments for children.
  • Experience working in Mental Health settings, with skills in case formulation, risk assessment, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and families.
  • Background in Counseling Psychology, with the ability to provide individual, family, and parent-focused counseling and psychoeducation.
  • Experience or interest in Clinical Supervision, peer consultation, or mentoring junior clinicians or trainees is an advantage.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from a recognized institution; relevant national registration or licensure where applicable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly with families and professionals, and maintain high ethical and confidentiality standards.
  • Comfort in working with neurodivergent children and diverse family backgrounds; openness to strengths
