LOCATIONClover, SC area – Onsite 5 days per week
RESPONSIBILITIESSupport day-to-day HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managersAssist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring for hourly, operational, and technical positionsAddress routine employee relations matters, escalating more complex situations to HR leadershipSupport employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, policy administration, and compliance requirementsAssist with HRIS updates, system improvements, and ongoing HR process enhancementsProvide support with payroll and benefits administration, with the opportunity to develop additional payroll processing responsibilities
BACKGROUND xzbcwsv THAT FITSPrevious experience in an HR Generalist or similar hands-on Human Resources roleManufacturing or industrial environment experience strongly preferredExperience supporting hourly employee populations, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relationsExposure to payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plusApproachable, adaptable professional who is comfortable working with employees at all levels and managing competing priorities
