Our staffing firm is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Bookkeeper on behalf of a well-established, locally owned CPA firm in Rock Hill, SC. ScheduleApproximately 20-25 hours per weekHours may fluctuate based on workload and seasonal business demandsOpportunity for additional hours and eventual full-time employment for the right candidate
ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping dataReconcile bank and credit card accountsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsAssist with payroll-related tasks and reportingEnter financial data and maintain organized recordsGenerate reports and assist with client account managementUtilize accounting and cloud-based software platformsSupport the accounting team with various administrative and bookkeeping functions
