Experience Requirements

· 3–5 years of experience in delivering communication, employability, life skills, or soft skills training.

· Experience working with college, vocational, or school students.

· Experience in classroom facilitation, learner engagement, and training delivery.

· Experience in maintaining training records, reports, and learner documentation.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work Location: Remote

Travel Requirement: 90% of travel involved in this role.

Physical Requirements: Ability to conduct classroom sessions, travel to training locations, and facilitate extended learner interactions.
