Registered Nurse Stepdown Overflow

Mission Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Stepdown Overflow unit in Asheville, NC. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to stepdown-level patients, closely monitoring complex conditions, interpreting clinical data, and responding rapidly to changes. You’ll administer medications, manage IVs and telemetry, coordinate discharges, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team. RNs also precept newer staff, support continuous improvement, and contribute to evidence-based practice to advance patient outcomes across our regional health system.
