Hiring: Growth Associate – Sports Partnerships

Delhi NCR (Hybrid) | Sports x Technology Start-up | Full-time | CTC: ₹5–6 LPA | A front-line, people-facing role — not a back-office desk job

Future Sportler is building the operating system for grassroots sports — helping academies, coaches, and sports businesses grow through technology, distribution, and performance intelligence.

We're hiring high-energy operators to help us build our sports partnership network across Delhi NCR.

This is NOT a desk job.

If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, solving problems on the ground

What you'll do:

* Meet sports academies, coaches, and ecosystem partners across Delhi NCR

* Build relationships and onboard partners onto the platform

* Drive early adoption and solve onboarding bottlenecks

* Represent Future Sportler on-ground within the sports ecosystem

* Work on city expansion and growth execution

* Help us build strong sports clusters and partner density

Who should apply:

* Strong interest in sports / sports business

* Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

* High ownership mindset

* Comfortable with ambiguity and start-up pace

* Happy travelling extensively across Delhi NCR

* Self-starter who gets things done without constant supervision

Bonus if:

Background in sports management / business / marketing

Former athlete / sports enthusiast

Experience in partnerships / field sales / business development
