Job Description – Executive Assistant to the Founder - Yellow Train School, Coimbatore Reporting to the Founder The Executive Assistant responsible for the Founder’s Office is a trusted partner managing the office, schedules, communications, projects, organizational priorities and all stake holders while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Founder’s Office and Communication Managing all the tasks of the Founder’s Office Planning and managing the Calendar and appointments Initiatives and Project Management Tracking and assisting with initiatives and projects Maintaining action lists and monitoring deadlines Meetings Management Scheduling leadership and school wide meetings Recording minutes and action items Ensuring accountability and completion of commitments Liaisoning and Relationship Building Supporting liaisoning with external collaborators Scheduling meetings and planning visits with Mentors and other delegates Qualities and Competencies: Exceptional Organizational Skills Strong written and verbal communication
