Retention & growth specialist

We are looking for a Customer Engagement & Retention Executive to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Location: Ahmedabad

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 2-6 years

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute customer retention & lifecycle campaigns. Manage campaigns across Email, SMS, Whats App, Push Notifications & In-App Messaging. Segment customers based on behaviour, purchase history, engagement & lifecycle stage. Build and manage CRM and automated customer journeys. Track key metrics including CTR, Conversion, Retention, Churn & CLV. Analyze customer data to identify retention & engagement opportunities. Work closely with Product, Content, Design & Customer Support teams. Prepare campaign reports and share actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

2–6 Years of experience in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle, or Digital Marketing. Hands-on experience with Email, SMS, Push & Whats App campaigns. Knowledge of CRM, customer segmentation & marketing automation. Familiarity with Mo Engage, Web Engage, Hub Spot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of marketing analytics & campaign performance metrics. Proven records of achieving Revenue Targets Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience in Wellness, Astrology, D2 C, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet brands will be an added advantage.
