Foresighted HR is building a panel of certified Interview Coach Partners to support professionals preparing for external job interviews, internal promotions, leadership assessments and career transitions.

We are seeking experienced professionals who have conducted interviews as hiring managers, interview panel members, recruiters, functional leaders or business decision-makers. A formal coaching background is not required.

Selected applicants will complete the Foresighted HR Interview Coach Certification, which includes AI hiring training before joining the panel. The certification is designed to convert practical interviewing experience into a structured coaching capability relevant to today’s AI-enabled hiring environment. Please note that there are no course or certification fees, however candidates will need to bear the nominal admin, 3rd party AI access and profile design expense.

Role Responsibilities

Coach candidates preparing for external job interviews and internal promotion processes. Help candidates understand role expectations, interview criteria and likely areas of assessment. Review job descriptions and candidate profiles to identify strengths, gaps and positioning priorities. Conduct structured mock interviews and provide practical feedback. Help candidates improve the clarity, relevance and credibility of their responses. Support preparation for behavioural, competency-based, functional and leadership interviews. Guide candidates through panel interviews, difficult questions and career-transition discussions. Use Foresighted HR frameworks and designated AI-supported tools during the preparation process. Maintain confidentiality, professional ethics and high standards of candidate support.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

Have at least 10 years of professional experience. Have conducted interviews as part of recruitment, team building, internal selection or promotion decisions. Understand how candidates are evaluated for roles, responsibilities and organisational fit. Possess strong communication, listening and analytical skills. Be able to provide clear, constructive and practical feedback. Be willing to complete the mandatory Foresighted HR Interview Coach Certification. Be comfortable using digital platforms and learning AI-supported hiring and interview tools.

Certification Requirement

Selected applicants must successfully complete the Foresighted HR Interview Coach Certification before being onboarded as Interview Coach Partners.

After Certification

Successful participants may:

Join the Foresighted HR Interview Coach Panel. Become eligible for suitable candidate assignments based on demand, expertise and availability. Receive a professional coach profile on the Foresighted HR platform. Use Foresighted HR’s interview-preparation frameworks and designated AI resources. Support independently sourced clients using the certified methodology and available Foresighted HR AI support. Build a differentiated professional identity in AI-enabled interview coaching.
