Job Description

• Design, install, configure, and maintain network and security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and manage routing protocols including Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP.
• Configure and support VRF, HSRP, Load Sharing, Policy Based Routing, ACLs, LAN, and NAT.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Manage SD-WAN and Zscaler Proxy environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot IPSEC VPNs.
• Configure and manage load balancers (F5, Citrix).
• Support IPS/IDS solutions (Tipping Point).
• Monitor network performance using SolarWinds, PRTG, and ManageEngine NMS.
• Perform network optimization, firmware upgrades, and capacity management.
• Investigate and resolve incidents while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Update incident tickets with troubleshooting and resolution details.
• Provide remote support during installation, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with network architects, project teams, service desk, and customers.
• Perform network fault investigations across LAN and WAN environments.
• Secure network infrastructure by implementing and enforcing security policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, HP, and Extreme switches.
• Support AWS networking environments.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, HP, and Extreme switching.
• Experience with Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience with F5 and Citrix Load Balancers.
• Experience with IPS/IDS (Tipping Point).
• Experience with Zscaler Proxy.
• Experience with SolarWinds, PRTG, and ManageEngine NMS.
• Knowledge of AWS Networking.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree
• Post-Graduate IT Certification or Global IT Certification
