Mission of the Inside Sales Representative
The mission of the Inside Sales Representative is to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into active software subscribers —primarily using phone, email, video calls, and remote product demos.
Assist in generating marketing content (videos, linked in posts)
Manage the sales process from lead qualification through close for international and inquiries with less than 5 licenses.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our digital signage platform and solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and other sales materials in collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity information, activities, and forecasts in the Hubspot.
Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Monitor pipeline activity and conversion metrics and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
Stay current on digital signage industry trends.
Use of AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, or Claude.
~ Experience using and maintaining data in a CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce
