In this bedside position, you will provide high-acuity care to critically ill adult patients, performing comprehensive assessments, managing ventilators and drips, and responding rapidly to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and maintain thorough EMR documentation.
