Position - Senior Associate Practice Area - Real Estate Qualification - Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in Bar Council of India PQE - 4 to 7 years of experience Location- Mumbai Our Real Estate Practice : Trilegal’s real estate team advise some of India’s largest real estate-focused funds and companies on investments, joint ventures, and property acquisition, sale and lease transactions. We are well versed with a range of real estate structures and have extensive experience in handling complex issues in this sector. We regularly advise on conducting detailed title due diligence; structuring the acquisition of property, including stamp duty and registration procedures; and drafting and negotiating agreements relating to property acquisition, development, construction, project manageme
