Job Description
We’re looking for a driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is all about customer engagement, field sales, and driving acquisitions in the real estate sector.
Location: Mumbai - Andheri West
Experience: 1–5 years in Real Estate or Sales/BD roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold/warm calling and meeting home sellers
- Building trust and positioning the brand with sellers
- Organizing site visits (direct & via channel partners)
- Managing acquisition pipelines and closing deals
- Achieving monthly targets on conversions and acquisitions
✅ Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
- Analytical mindset with sales/BD execution experience
- Comfortable working in a 6-day week including weekends (peak activity happens Sat/Sun)
- Willingness to travel regularly across Mumbai
- Must own a two-wheeler or car
- Go-getter attitude with target-driven focus
