Propper International is seeking a Warehouse Automation & IT Infrastructure Specialist to support our Hai Robotics automation environment and the underlying technology infrastructure that enables efficient warehouse operations.

This role is responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and security of our warehouse automation platform, including robotics systems, wireless infrastructure, servers, network equipment, integrations, and end-user technology.

The ideal candidate combines strong IT infrastructure and troubleshooting skills with the ability to support automation technologies in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This position will also serve as backup support for the IT Help Desk and work closely with warehouse operations, vendors, and IT leadership to ensure maximum system uptime.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Support and maintain the Hai Robotics automation platform, including robotics hardware, software, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, alerts, logs, and diagnostics to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Troubleshoot robotics, application, networking, and communication-related problems.
• Support and maintain warehouse network infrastructure, including wireless access points, switches, routers, firewalls, fiber connectivity, and UPS systems.
• Manage and support automation-related servers, applications, and services in Windows and Linux environments.
• Support integrations between Hai Robotics, WMS, ERP, shipping systems, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot APIs, data exchanges, and system integration issues.
• Maintain system security, user access controls, patching, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and Hai Robotics support on escalations, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, inventories, and support procedures.
• Provide backup support for IT operations, including desktops, laptops, printers, handheld scanners, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, network upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and support end users to ensure effective use of warehouse automation and technology systems.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, networks, systems, automation, or warehouse technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling systems.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Wi-Fi, access points, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Experience supporting Windows servers, workstations, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and server administration.
• Understanding of REST APIs, system integrations, and data exchange processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL and log analysis.
• Experience supporting WMS, ERP, or distribution center technology environments.
• Strong communication, customer service, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
