To lead the strategic direction of the People Operations Business Partner function, the full-time Principal Manager, HR Business Partner will manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment of people strategies with organizational goals in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Directly manage and develop the People Operations Business Partner team, establishing performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability Translate enterprise business priorities into effective people strategies and frameworks for workforce planning and organizational design Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on employee relations, performance management, and the impact of AI and automation on workforce practices Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in People Operations and/or Human Resources Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into organizational design and talent strategy Thorough knowledge of applicable federal and state employment regulations Strong analytical skills with experience in using workforce data for decision-making Experience coaching and developing talent within a collaborative environment
