Roles and Responsibilities Encapsulants, Foils and Back-sheet Development: 1)Develop, evaluate and qualify new encapsulants, foils and back-sheets for solar PV modules.2)Provide and update the product specifications along the way of developing the materials. Process Development:1)Drive quality improvement in the reliability aspects of solar PV modules.Technological: Knowledge of PV module design functionalities. Knowledge in characterization and analysis. Understanding of degradation mechanisms. Possess excellent project management skills, keeping track of key milestones and deliverables and providing regular updates to management team. Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods and DOE.
