Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an Architect and Interior Designer. The role involves conceptualizing and developing architectural and interior design schemes, preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations, and coordinating design details with project stakeholders. Responsibilities include space planning, material and finishes selection, ensuring that design solutions align with client requirements, budget, and regulatory standards. The Architect and Interior Designer will participate in site visits, liaise with contractors and vendors, and support project management activities such as monitoring progress and maintaining documentation. Collaboration with the wider team to integrate architectural and interior elements into cohesive, high-quality projects is central to this position.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts from initial brief to detailed design.
• Experience with Integration of architectural and interior elements, ensuring functional and aesthetic coherence across project components.
• Ability to support Project Management activities, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining schedules and documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software) and familiarity with building codes and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, with prior experience in architectural and interior projects preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Indore full-time.
