Job Description
Administrator Alliance Medical are recruiting for a Medical Administrator to join our busy and friendly teams at our centres in Musgrave Park Hospital, Hillsborough & Holywood Road, Belfast.

Contract: Full-time, permanent Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:15am and 8:15pm.
Location: Musgrave Park Hospital, Hillsborough & Holywood Road, Belfast.
The successful candidate will be required to work across both sites.
This will suit an individual who is enthusiastic and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is key.
The successful candidates will be involved in confirming & scheduling radiology appointments, updating systems, making & receiving phone calls, being the first point of contact to the patients when they arrive to the centre & providing excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm radiology appointments with sensitivity and precision.
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and manage appointment-related queries.
Accurately update patient records and internal booking systems.
Work closely with radiology and clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide consistent, compassionate support to patients and their families throughout their visit.
Assist Radiographers and act as a chaperone if required for the patients and clinicians benefit.
Provide reassurance to patients by way of clear explanation as to the nature of an examination. xrexnqw
