A reputable automotive group in the Winston-Salem / Mt. Airy area is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to oversee the service department's operations, ensuring that every customer receives top-notch service. This position will lead a team of skilled technicians while fostering a collaborative atmosphere that prioritizes quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day Service Department operations
• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians
• Monitor workflow, productivity, efficiency, and department performance
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop and improve processes that support department growth and profitability
• Monitor Service Department KPIs and financial performance
• Ensure repairs and customer concerns are handled efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a safe, organized workplace in compliance with applicable OSHA requirements
• Work with dealership leadership and other departments to improve the overall customer experience
   

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ Years of Automotive Service Manager, Service Director, or Fixed Operations Manager experience required

• Experience with domestic brands such as Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram / Stellantis is preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and departmental performance
• Understanding of dealership service operations, KPIs, and financial reporting
• Experience managing technicians, advisors, and workflow processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
