What you’ll do:

• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable.
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present for payment authorization.
• Analyze Vendor information and approve vendor registration in accounting tool.
• Prepare and record assets, liability, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account payable bills & relevant information.
• Maintain and balance Account payable department by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.
• Period close accounting entries (accruals) in NetSuite, Maintenance of AP ledgers; reconciling entries.
• Assist in completing external audit by analyzing and scheduling Accounts payables, Accruals and providing information for auditors.
• Secure financial information by completing database backups.
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• TDS deduction, and GST compliance related to Vendor payments & reimbursements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of Accounts Payable and basic accounting procedures with working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience looking for 8-10 years
• Commerce bachelor’s degree + ICWA/CA.
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
• Working experience on labor Laws, TDS & GST.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office
• US GAAP experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Accounting Software ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) etc.
