Hiring: Bench Sales Executive – US IT Staffing

Dhasha Consulting is looking for professionals to join our US IT Staffing – Bench Sales team.

Role: Bench Sales Executive

Experience: 1–5 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Night Shift Key Responsibilities

• Market IT consultants to vendors, MSPs, and clients

• Handle consultant profile submissions and follow-ups

• Work with W2, C2 C, and 1099 engagement models

• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities

• Support rate negotiations and contract closures

• Maintain consultant documentation and compliance

• Achieve assigned performance targets Preferred Skills

• Experience in US IT Bench Sales or US Staffing

• Understanding of US staffing processes and IT technologies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of US work authorization categories

• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and US night shifts What We Offer
