Food Service Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility

Mount Carmel Care Center seeks a Lead Cook/Supervisor to oversee daily food production for our Catholic, not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehab facility. Responsibilities include planning and preparing nutritious, therapeutic meals, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance, and maintaining inventory and ordering. The Lead Cook/Supervisor collaborates with nursing and dietary teams to meet resident dietary needs and preferences, supports a warm, resident-centered dining experience, trains staff, and upholds our mission of compassionate, dignified elder care in a collaborative, faith-informed environment.
