• Conduct targeted interviews and workshops to understand user needs and document stakeholder requirements accurately.

• Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects to the development team to support software improvements.
• Help integrate new software features into existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, resolve issues promptly, and document maintenance needs.
