ResponsibilitiesSupport Shared Services FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and cost center managementMaintain allocation methodologies, supporting data, governance processes, and recurring management reportingEvaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, stronger controls, and process standardizationChampion AI and automation initiatives through workflow redesign, reporting enhancements, template development, and prompt engineeringDocument finance processes, identify operational improvements, and prioritize scalable solutionsEnhance executive reporting and management analytics by improving consistency, efficiency, and actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainable process improvements across Shared ServicesTrain users on new workflows, maintain process documentation, and support adoption of enhanced operating procedures
Requirements6-8 years of FP&A and corporate finance experienceExperience in shared services, corporate xzbcwsv functions, or back office financeStrong FP&A fundamentals: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, allocation logic, and management reportingExperience improving manual finance workflows using AI and automation, documenting processes, redesigning recurring deliverables, or implementing more scalable planning/reporting toolsHands-on experience with AI tools
