Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive B2B Business Development professional who can identify, approach and develop new enterprise customers across manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure and MNC sectors .

This is primarily a lead generation + business development + sales role , not a digital marketing position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified B2B/enterprise leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, networking and industry databases
• Identify and approach CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Plant Heads, Digital Transformation Heads, Safety Heads and other decision makers
• Arrange customer meetings and identify potential requirements
• Build relationships with manufacturing companies, MNCs, consultants, EPCs and system integrators
• Coordinate demos and technical discussions with our pre-sales/technical team
• Follow opportunities from initial contact through proposal and closure
• Build and maintain a healthy enterprise sales pipeline
• Work towards defined quarterly pipeline and revenue targets

Who should apply?

Candidates with experience in B2B IT sales, Cloud, SaaS, AI, IoT, Industrial Automation, Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity or related technology solutions will be preferred.

Existing relationships within manufacturing, steel, power, mining, chemical, cement, engineering or large enterprise/MNC accounts will be an advantage.

We are looking for a hunter — someone who can independently find opportunities and open new accounts rather than only manage existing customers.
