Treasury management specialist

Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in operations, or a related field, with at least 5-6 years in a middle level leadership role.
Preferable if having SAP - TRM module knowledge or Similar ERP platform
Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to SLAs, RSLAs and Escalation Matrix for smooth Operation & Accounting of Treasury products
Daily review and Report open items from BRS on various Financial Instruments
Ensure end-to-end accounting of treasury instruments with applicable Tax compliances
Continuous review of processes to identify process automation and risk mitigation
Handle all the BU / GCC requirement wrt MIS, Data preparation for any Business, Compliances or Govt Notices perspective.
Ensuring no Tax default of any tax provisions in accounting and reporting.
MIS review, reporting and handle month closing activities
Dealing with the auditors and providing audit schedules
Follow-up with respective BUs for Open BRS items and other key points
Assign targets for team members & measure their performance
Periodical meeting with respective Stakeholders on Hygiene Control areas, open issues and resolution thereof.
Responsible to Drive all the System base, RPA projects with Team for timely closure and reports to Seniors
Qualifications:
MBA (Finance) / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management.
