Who You Are:

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven CAD Fashion Designer for Ladies Apparel with a strong understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, and print development. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop and capable of creating professional 2D flat sketches, technical drawings, and print artworks.

• Create accurate 2D flat sketches, technical sketches, and garment CADs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Develop designs from given inspirations and references.

• Research seasonal trends and prepare trend boards and PowerPoint presentations.

• Create all-over prints, placement prints, repeat patterns, colorways, and graphic artworks.

• Prepare artwork files for sampling, strike-offs, and production approvals.

• Conduct market and trend research to support product development.

• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical, and Sampling teams.

• Track samples, strike-offs, and approvals to ensure timely execution.

• Follow development calendars and stay updated with fabric, print, and fashion trends.

• Utilize AI design tools to enhance creativity and improve design efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Ladies Apparel/Fashion CAD Design.

• Strong knowledge of Women's Apparel, including Knits, Wovens, and Fashion Prints.

• Experience in technical sketches, print development, and artwork creation.

• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory).

• Strong ability to create digital 2D flat sketches, technical drawings, and detailed CADs.

• Expertise in print development, repeat patterns, placement prints, and colorways.

• Good understanding of garment construction and technical design.

• Knowledge of fabrics, textile printing processes, and fashion graphics.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Experience in Women's, Missy, Plus Size, Petite, or Activewear categories is a plus.
