Head of Sales Craigavon / Moira Up to £70,000 DOE We are recruiting a Head of Sales for a well-established food manufacturing and wholesale business operating across Northern Ireland and ROI.

This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for both internal and field sales teams.

The focus is simple: grow sales, improve margin, win new customers and create a more proactive sales culture.

The Role Lead and develop the sales team Drive new business across NI and ROI Grow existing key accounts Improve revenue, margin and profitability Set clear KPIs and raise sales performance Manage major customer relationships Work closely with the MD and wider leadership team About You Strong sales leadership background Proven record of commercial growth Confident new business developer Experienced managing and motivating sales teams Commercially strong around pricing, margin and profitability Food, FMCG, foodservice or manufacturing experience preferred Bakery or food ingredients experience would xrexnqw be particularly attractive.

This could suit an established Head of Sales or a high-performing Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager ready to step up.
