Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FME Specialist with advanced expertise in FME, ArcGIS, Oracle, SQL, and Python. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with FME Flow deployment, configuration, enterprise scheduling, ETL workflows, and database connection migration .

Core Skills

• FME Flow deployment, configuration, and enterprise scheduling in utility environments.
• FME Form application lifecycle management.
• ETL workflow design and Oracle ATP connection migration in FME Workbench.
• SQL Server to Oracle connection migration.
• Integration pipeline validation.
• Hands-on experience with FME Flow REST API for Workbench auditing and automated test execution.
• ArcGIS Online FME connector configuration.
• Safe Software FME Professional Certification – Preferable.

Responsibilities

• Audit all FME Workbenches to identify SQL Server-specific readers and writers that require reconfiguration for Oracle ATP.
• Migrate all FME Workbench database connections from SQL Server to Oracle ATP and validate scheduled job execution in the Test environment.
• Install, configure, and license FME Flow 2025.x in Test and Production environments, including:
• Job scheduling
• Workbench deployment
• FME License Server setup
• Validate all integration Workbenches across SIT and UAT , covering:
• ArcGIS Online
• OFS
• CIS data transformation
• Applications
• Build and execute a post-migration Workbench test runner using the FME Flow REST API to automate regression validation.
• Package FME Desktop 2025.x for deployment on GIS administrator workstations.
