Educational Requirements: • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology (Design Major), Civil Engineering Technology (Architectural Major), or a related design technology field is required. • Coursework in computer-aided drafting, Revit/BIM modeling, and building systems design (mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) is strongly preferred. • A Computer Aided Design Certificate or Virtual Design and Construction Certificate is a plus. • An equivalent combination of education and 3+ years of process piping or mechanical design experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills • Client Project Requirements U.S. Citizenship.
