National Sales Head – Trailer Axle & Suspension Systems Location: Jamshedpur | Full-Time |

Our client is a leading global automotive components manufacturer seeking a high-impact National Sales Head to drive and scale their Trailer Axle & Suspension Systems business across India.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned sales professional who combines deep industry expertise with the ability to build teams, win key accounts, and shape long-term commercial success at a national scale.

What You'll Own Define and execute the national sales strategy for trailer axle and suspension systems Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and deliver profitability targets Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, and trailer manufacturers Lead and develop a 10–15 member sales team, including Regional Sales Managers Negotiate and close long-term commercial contracts and supply agreements Grow the channel and dealer network across key geographies Align aftermarket and service strategies to maximize lifecycle value

What You Bring 15–22 years of experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, trailer components, or OEM sales 5–7 years in a National or Zonal Sales Leadership capacity Strong OEM engagement, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills A proven track record of building and scaling high-performance sales teams
