ECMO Specialist

Methodist Health System is seeking an ECMO Specialist to provide advanced life support for critically ill patients within our Dallas hospitals. In this role, you will set up, manage, and troubleshoot ECMO circuits in collaboration with intensivists, perfusionists, and bedside nurses. You will closely monitor hemodynamics, gas exchange, and anticoagulation, documenting all interventions and patient responses. Working in our mission-driven, faith-based environment, you’ll participate in emergency responses, assist with patient transport on ECMO, support staff education, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives that advance innovative, compassionate care.
