Role Description The Dealer / Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, executing trades, and supporting day-to-day dealing operations in the financial markets. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves taking client orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution, and monitoring market movements to provide relevant updates to clients. The role includes maintaining client records, following compliance and regulatory guidelines, and assisting in resolving client queries. The Dealer / Relationship Executive will also support business growth by identifying client needs, promoting suitable products or services, and contributing to a professional and responsive client experience.
Qualifications
Strong client-facing skills, including relationship management, clear communication, and a service-oriented approach. Basic to intermediate understanding of financial markets, trading processes, and investment products. Proficiency with MS Office tools and the ability to work with trading or CRM platforms. Attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and the ability to work accurately under time pressure. Relevant academic background in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field. Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in dealing, broking, or client service in financial services is an advantage. Commitment to ethical standards, regulatory compliance, and confidentiality in client interactions.
