What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings
• Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning
• Administer medications and monitor patient response to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Support patients through stabilization, recovery, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
• Help connect patients with community resources and ongoing support services

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or Compact State
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Passion for behavioral health, addiction medicine, and patient advocacy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work a consistent day or night schedule

Compensation

$42–$52/hour based on experience

Shift Differentials:

• Weeknight Differential: +10%
• Weekend Day Differential: +15%
• Weekend Night Differential: +30%
