Lead preschool teacher

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our Pre-Primary wing and create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young learners.

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to 2 LPA

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities. Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment. Encourage learning through play, creativity, and interactive teaching methods. Monitor and assess children's developmental progress. Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and feedback. Organize classroom activities, events, and celebrations. Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional development of every child. Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain high teaching standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred. 1–3 years of experience in a preschool or early years setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with young children. Creative, patient, energetic, and well-organized. Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
